Cancelation Policy
In the event you need to postpone or cancel your class, you must contact us via e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or telephone our offices at (800) 513-4014.
You may cancel your pre-registered class up to 48 hours prior to your class start time to qualify for an 80% refund or you may re-schedule to another class within 6 months. We also offer the opportunity to substitute an American Heart Association E-Learning course in lieu of rescheduling.
Refunds are not available on American Heart Association E-learning keys once they have been sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. You have 6 months from the date of issue to complete the course and schedule the required skills testing, if any.
You may postpone your pre-registered skills test up to 48 hours prior to the start time and reschedule based on availability. In the event a skills test is associated with the purchase of an E-Learning Key there are no refunds available on the skills portion.

Rescheduling of Courses
From time to time it is necessary to reschedule courses due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a course being rescheduled we will make every effort to contact you with the information provided at the time of registration.
Provider Manual Policy
Students are required to bring a current, Discipline Specific, American Heart Association Student Manual for use during classroom provider courses.

Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, interests, and similar information. All credit card information and transactions are processed by PayPal and are not stored within our system. Under no circumstance do we request your social security number.
